Acceptable use.

This policy sets out what is not allowed when you use ipixx.ai or ipixx services, including content and channels that ipixx manages for you. It forms part of our terms.

• Unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, hateful, harassing or sexually exploitative content or activity.
• Spam, or sending unsolicited bulk messages through any channel ipixx manages for you.
• Supplying materials for publication that you do not own or have permission to use, or that infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy.
• Misrepresenting who you are, your business, your products or your results, including fake reviews and false or misleading claims.
• Asking us to publish health, financial or legal claims you cannot substantiate.
• Breaching any platform rules that apply to the work, including the policies of advertising, search and social platforms.

• Do not try to gain unauthorized access to the site, the ipixx platform, our systems or other clients’ data.
• Do not probe, scan or test the security of our systems without our written permission.
• Do not interfere with or overload the site, or get around rate limits or other protections.
• Do not use bots or scrapers to submit forms or collect data from the site.
• Do not upload malware or other harmful code.

We may decline to publish material, remove content we manage, suspend or end a service, and report unlawful activity to the authorities. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.

If you see misuse, or think a security issue affects our site or services, use the contact form and choose “Not sure yet” as the topic.

We may update this policy. The version and effective date at the top of the page change when we do.
