Full-service marketing.

Your marketing team, without the black box.

ipixx Workroom

When your marketing needs more than a monthly content plan, we bring the work together. Strategy, creative, campaigns, and day-to-day coordination—scoped for your business and managed by our team.

Who it's for

You have marketing to do, but nobody bringing it all together.

  • Your website and your campaigns tell different stories.
  • Several suppliers need coordinating, and nobody owns the whole picture.
  • A launch needs a joined-up plan, not a set of separate jobs.

These are common starting points, not promised outcomes.

What may be in scope

These groups describe possible work, not packages. Your written scope says which parts apply to you.

  • Plan the work

Priorities, messages, and campaign planning, agreed with you before anything is made.

  • Make what you need

Creative, content, and website or landing-page work for the agreed plan.

  • Manage delivery

Agreed channels, approvals, coordination, and reporting for the work in your scope.

Fees and any media spend agreed separately.
Example scope for a fictional business. Not a customer engagement. Custom work starts as a written scope: what gets made, who does it, and what you approve.

What you receive

  • An agreed written scope

The work, fees, responsibilities, and limits, in writing before work begins.

  • Prepared work to review

Drafts and plans you can read and approve before anything goes live or any approved budget is spent.

  • Clear responsibilities

Who does what. Depending on your scope, work may be done by our team, your team, or providers we agree together.

  • Progress and next steps

Reporting on what was done, what's next, and what needs your decision, as set out in your scope.

From you, we need source material about your business and one person who can make decisions about the work.

How it starts

  1. A conversation

Tell us what needs attention and what you've tried. We'll say whether managed marketing, Optimus, or neither looks like the right fit.

  2. Written scope, fees, and approvals

We write down the proposed work, fees, responsibilities, limits, and how approvals work. Nothing starts until you agree.

  3. Onboarding and the agreed work

We gather what we need, then start the work in your scope. You review and approve before anything goes live.

Questions

How is this different from Optimus?
Optimus is a published monthly plan for your website and content, with set amounts. Managed marketing is for broader work, such as planning, campaigns, and coordination, scoped around your business. Both are managed services, and in both you approve the work.
How are scope and fees set?
We start with a conversation about what needs attention. Then we write down the proposed work, fees, responsibilities, and limits. Work begins once you agree. Advertising, media, and third-party costs are agreed separately.
How much do I need to be involved?
You provide information about your business, source material where needed, and a person who can make decisions. You review and approve work before it goes live or before any approved campaign spend.
How are changes approved?
If the work needs to change, we discuss it with you and agree the change, including any change to fees, before the work changes.
Who owns the work, and what happens if we stop?
Ownership of the work and how an engagement ends are as set out in your contract. Ask us to walk you through those terms before you sign.
