Terms of service.

These terms apply to your use of ipixx.ai and to services provided by ipixx (“ipixx”, “we”, “us”). By using the site or buying a service, you agree to them. If you use our services on behalf of a business, you agree for that business and confirm you have authority to do so.

Each service is also governed by its plan terms or by your written scope or agreement. If those conflict with these terms, the plan terms or your agreement win.

You may use the site to learn about ipixx and to contact us. Content on the site is owned by ipixx or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or sell it beyond normal browsing and sharing links, and you must follow our acceptable use policy.

Information on the site describes our services in general terms. It is not an offer that binds us until a plan is purchased or an agreement is signed.

The site links to other sites, including the ipixx platform for sign-in and checkout. Those may have their own terms.

Optimus is a managed monthly subscription for your website, content and search visibility work, sold in four plans. ipixx Workroom is custom-scoped managed marketing. What is included in each is set out in the plan terms or in your written scope.

We prepare work and send it for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving work before it goes live. Work is published only after you approve it, or as your agreement otherwise provides.

• Give us accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
• Provide access, materials and approvals in reasonable time. Delays on your side may delay delivery.
• Own, or have permission to use, every material you give us, such as logos, photos, text and trademarks, and let us use them to provide the service.
• Make sure your business, offers and claims comply with the law.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

You keep ownership of the materials you give us. Ownership of, and your license to use, the work we deliver are as set out in your agreement or plan terms. We keep ownership of our own tools, templates, methods and know-how.

Search engines, AI systems, social platforms and ad platforms decide independently what to show, rank or cite. We work to improve your visibility, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, revenue, or citations in AI answers.

Fees are shown in US dollars with your plan or in your agreement. Optimus plans are billed monthly, whether you choose month-to-month or a 12-month or 24-month commitment term. Commitment terms carry the discount shown with the plans.

Payment is collected on the ipixx platform through our payment processor, Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for each billing period. If a payment fails, we may pause work until it is resolved.

Fees do not include taxes unless stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

• Month-to-month plans can be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not refund partial periods.
• Commitment terms run to the end of the term you chose. The monthly fees for the full term remain due, as set out in your plan terms.
• ipixx Workroom engagements end as set out in your agreement.
• We may suspend or end a service if you seriously breach these terms, the plan terms or our acceptable use policy, or do not pay.

Except as stated in your agreement, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, ipixx is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or services is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to defend and indemnify ipixx against claims, losses and costs arising from materials you supply, your business, offers or claims, or your breach of these terms or the law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which ipixx is organized, in the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules, unless your agreement says otherwise. Mandatory consumer protections where you live are not affected.

We may update these terms. The version and effective date at the top of the page change when we do. Changes apply from the effective date; for current clients, material changes apply from your next billing period or as your agreement provides.
