How we work

You see the work before it goes live.

Whether you choose Optimus or managed marketing, the process is the same in outline: agree what we’ll do, prepare it, and ask for your approval before anything is published or spent.

Three steps

  1. Step 1

    Tell us what needs attention

Share the website, content, or marketing problem: what's working, what isn't, and what you'd like to change.

We'll tell you which option looks like a fit—Optimus, managed marketing, or neither.

  2. Step 2

    Agree on the right scope

Choose an Optimus plan or agree a custom engagement. Fees, responsibilities, and limits are stated before work starts.

With Optimus, your plan sets the monthly amounts. With managed marketing, we write down the work, fees, and how approvals work, and you agree before anything begins.

  3. Step 3

    Review, approve, and move forward

We prepare the work. You supply what we need and approve it before launch.

If something isn't right, tell us what to change. Revisions follow your plan or written scope.

Who does what

Both services are managed: we do the agreed work. You stay in charge of the decisions.

What we do

  • Plan the agreed work and tell you what's coming.
  • Prepare drafts and finished work for you to review.
  • Ask for your approval before anything is published or any approved campaign budget is spent.
  • Tell you what was completed, what's next, and what needs your decision.

What we need from you

  • Business information and access to the accounts the work needs.
  • Source material where needed, such as photos, product details, and offers.
  • A person who can make decisions about the work.
  • Approvals in good time. If approval is waiting, the work waits too.

The examples below illustrate the process. They are not screenshots of a client portal or of real client work.

Nothing goes live without your approval

Before anything is published, or any approved campaign budget is spent, we ask you for a clear yes or no. You can approve the work or ask for changes.

    After your decision · Waiting

The article publishes and is linked from the service page. If you request changes, it goes back to the editor and returns to you for review.

Illustrative process — not an actual client portal. Nothing is published until you approve it.

A plain update on the work

Each update says what was completed, what’s next, and what needs your decision. It explains the work. It is not a promise of results.
